I was very impressed with Traylor papers on every level. I thought they had a great selection and the price couldnt be beat. I especially liked how I had the option to order only 10 invitations. I used Traylor papers to order my bridesmaid brunch invitations. Since I only have 7 bridesmaids I was frustrated with other companys when the order minimum was 25, 50 or even 100 invitations. I also liked how you could choose the font type & color. It is very easy to personalize your invitation exactly the way you want. Then, you are sent a proof in a timely manner (a few days) which you can look at. The most impressive part of the buying process was the customer service. The customer service rep I spoke with suggested I use a different font so it was easier to see on my invitation. While I didnt use the font they suggested I thought is was exctremely thoughtful they took the time to help make my invitation better. I received the proof today & will be recieving my invitations tomorrow (less than a week turn around - I received better shipping because I live in CA though). They should have been packaged better. They were in their plastic case inside on a plain envalope and by the time they reached me, they were crushed and wrinkled. Some of the envalopes were too damaged to use. I had to work with the invitations to get a big crease out. I also would have centered the print better and the proof didnt allow me to see that.
