Traylor Papers is now in its 16th year of business, and has just relocated to Dallas, Texas after being based in Orange County, California since 2001. Beyond custom invitations, we stock a wide variety of terrific imprintable invites, plain and personalizable stationery, paper pads, thank you notes, and neat and different gifts. Our distinguishing characteristic is that we're always on the look-out for interesting merchandise that's not your typical drugstore variety. If you're searching for products that are above-average quality with very fair pricing, you've found the right place! P.S. Special orders are always welcome. Our standard practice is to go to great lengths to search for the ideal product for our clients. E-mail technology and this website helps us close the distance gap with clients who live far away and enables us all to shop and work when the timing is best. Traylor Papers was founded in 2001 by Lisa Traylor, a former strategic management consultant who started a new career path to accommodate her three daughters and their family's busy lifestyle. What started as a fun project in an office in her home has evolved into a full-scale business operation with a full-time staff and a commercial office/warehouse. Apparently, Lisa's interest and love for "cool" paper stuff is shared by many others, as the growth of Traylor Papers can attest in its decade of history. Lisa believes that one's personal stationery wardrobe can be just as fashionable, if not more, than clothes as it doesn't take trying on and it always fits!

Satisfaction Policy: We stand behind all our products (as do our vendors who supply us!) and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. All sale items are final sale (no returns). Regular price merchandise returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer service department for an RA# and are only valid on still saleable items (special orders or items that have sold out or been discontinued are not returnable). All invitations and custom-printed stationery products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Food items are also non-returnable for safety reasons. Christmas holiday and related seasonal merchandise, including calendars, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after Oct. 1. Shipping charges are not refundable at any time and any product returned for exchange should be sent at customer expense. Sales Tax: All sales shipped within Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax on the total amount (including shipping). Orders shipped out-of-state are not assessed sales tax.
